The project is based on decades of experience in the field of people who work there. The passion and professionalism of our staff who serve our customers, is the real added value that we put into our product.

To achieve this we work with the experience of our artisans flanked by young people who learn the know-how and integrate it with the skills that young people manage best in the technological field.

Quality of service: our sales department listens to the needs of our customers and finds the strategies to make their projects possible; providing the best product means organizing the right service.

 

Quality of Product: our suppliers are the basis of the quality of our product; thanks to them we can meet the needs of our customers and improve our products.

 

Quality of Production: Our production guarantees artisan quality integrated with new communication technologies to offer product traceability and efficiency in the production process.

 

Work Ethik

The Korbags project was created for people, to give them the opportunity to work using their skills and passions; trying to create a network of relations with our customers and suppliers we want to obtain a solid and fruitful collaborative relationship.

This is why we will do our utmost to guarantee our production and service standards, as well as try to improve ourselves. For any problems that may arise with our customers or suppliers, we will do our best to remedy them, with a view to consolidate our relationships.

 

What we don’t do

We do not want to put our customers in difficulty, with unsuitable products.

We do not want to put our suppliers in difficulty, with impossible requests.

We do not want to compete with our customers and suppliers but work together each in their respective competences.

We do not want to provide products without profit margin, because without profit we can not compete in the marketplace, and this would mean that the relationships and the artisan knowledge that has built up over time would disappear.
